It Rained Again

It is just rain

It cleans the air

Cleanses the caked up dirt

Cool to the face

Refreshing to the soul

It reminds you that it is all temporary

Fleeting as it passes through your hands

You know sometime soon

There’ll be sun again

Warmth on your face

Longer nights as well

The rain just stopped by to say ‘Hello’
